i have a pocket programer 2 with the chips aready because i have a turbo CRX with hondata. i burn my own chips with maken the .bin file on hondata software then burn it with the pocket programer and i am done. Is there software for the DSM besides this site that does that, and has anyone used it?

well someone should know someting about these chips. the programing does not look that hard.

That site's been around a lon time, and it does work. It's good for basic stuff.
You can use evilscribe, tunerpro, etc. To make DSM chips, but I just use a good 'ole hex editor to do it.

I use tunerpro... I bought a stage2 chip from dsm chips for the stuff I didnt want to write code for, and no I dont share .bin.

Then I do my own modifications and tweaking with tunerpro and a hexeditor. Some of the stuff I did wasnt availible at the time, but is offered now. Like the extended maps and some other stuff.

this is all good information. I really want to be able to make my DSM run on 100% ethanol with some top lube and then also run on pump gas when i am away from my house. So i more or less need a easy way to make changes, either by way of dsmlink or figure our a different way to do with the eprom.

You can do plenty of stuff with an eprom ecu. Check out Moates.net and get an Ostrich, this makes it easy to reprogram your chip. Then check out dsm-ecu.com and search for 'dual image', this will show you how to switch between ethanol maps and pump gas maps.
