Boost Leak Check With Profect B

Question for Profect B boost controller owners. When I pressure check my system my controller box under the hood makes a windmill spinning noise. Also I bleed boost off slowly. Like 1 PSI every 3 seconds. Is this a normal bleed off, or do I have problems.
