plz check my log. hope i did it right. T-25, Greddy ic pipes, Greddy rs bov, greddy spec 2 s ebc. running 16 lbs. 190 fuel pump. does this log look ok? i raced a gtp pontiac last night and he got me by a half car. I went to strip test and tune last night and started out at 16 psi and ran 15.4. At the end of night was up to 18 psi with a 15.1. I know this will shorten turbo life but i don't care as I'm going bigger soon.At 18 lbs thru traps boost was still 18 and car ran fine.Wonder if my autometer gage is not giving me a true reading.Oh, I forgot my logger last night so will do a wot today at 18 and post it. Wish someone would tell me if my log at 16 looks OK.
 
Everything looks relatively decent youre timing curve doesnt look too bad, hard to tell with the 2gs lack of knock logging...
You should be faster than a 15.1 though, what was youre 60' and youre trap speed?

I had very similar results a couple of weeks ago when I ran at the track for the first time. My mods are about your level (stage I, see profile). My first run was at 13 psi and I ran 15.5 @ 90 mph. I gradually increased boost each run until the last couple of runs I was at 18 psi. I got slower each time until I was running 15.7 @ 89 mph. I was logging each run and looked at the logs when I got home. The more I increased boost the less timing I got in third gear. My o2 readings were the same each run and looked like yours. I think if I want to go faster I'm going to need at least a FMIC, Injectors and fuel managent to begin with. I'm probably heating the air with the boost increases and causing more knock. 18 psi should be easy for a Big 28.
 
I forgot to say i was running 110 gas, we race a stockcar and i hauled car on trailer. When I got home I went cruising and had to put 91 octane in and boost was jumping, so on 91 16 lbs is good for me and with 110 seems like 18 is OK, 60 ft times where, or the best one was 1.91. I must of got one of the gsx's that just is not fast, or even tho u say my log looks OK wonder if the turbo is kind of going bad? tnx for looking at log and i hope ppl give me ideas why i didn't hit 14S there was another gsx there with same mods that was only running 15. 4S but he was on pump gas. i have 3 inch exaust but not on car. would this help or not, I was waiting to get a 20 g and parts to go with it, before i put it on but, if ppl think it will help i will put it on now. tnx all for info. I did get faster as i turned boost up. and at 18 with the 110 fuel, boost gauge stayed right on 18 with no jumping all thru 1/4.
 
oh, this is good, a friend of mine was there with his first gen. he has a lot of mods with a big 16g. and was running 13.0. well some evo with mods was running 12.9 was best run and he wanted to run my friend after races for money. this was at the drag strip. My friend put ice on his intake and fmic for like an hour and the evo driver knew this, well they get up to run and friends cold intake made the car die like 3 times but he staged it and they took off. the evo ran a 12.8 and my friend ran a all time best 12.5. it was great. so moral of that is cold ROCKS, LOL
