My first log:
I am ready to hear the bad news! (what a knock! OMG )

First run in second gear WOT shifting to Third gear.

Second log I am slowing down (leating off the Throttle) and getting ready for the Third log (downshifting to second)

Third log is in second gear WOT.

It was spyking up to 20psi then went down to 15psi (then I shift) and came a little higher than 15psi.
FPR set to 38psi at vacuum, because lower won't drive good at all. (I think)

Ok you need to fix a few things before you continue. When you set your fuel pressure you are supposed to do it with the vacuum line off. You also need to fix your boost spike problem because it's going to be a bi*** to tune like that. You are maxing out your injectors too. I think you should check for boost leaks. Then do some more runs and post some new logs.

You're supposed to have it at between 36-38psi with the vac off... it drops to 26-28 with the vac on, and raises pressure as you boost. You also should definitely do a boost leak test.

I did a boost leak, everything is fine about that. It holds good.
I cannot lower the fuel pressure on the regulator. I will have to lower it and start playing with the SAFC's setting. I lowered the fpr and the O2 reading was really low!!! I didn't want to idle. The car didn't want to move at all. I bet it was running lean ( a lot) the duty cycle it was at 10% ( will post a log about that)
I lowered the boost to 14 psi
The FPR is at 40 with the vacuum hose connected. (It seems to be fine now with an exception that it knocks up to 17. in 4700rpm I have an alarm on the pda. which scare me and make me let off the gas.) So I just cruse arround for the next 12 hours! :D

ANYWAY, I want to say that: Tomorrow I will be installing the Evo 3 16G and I will be expending all day tuning the car, and hopefully I can get a hold of a wideband :sosad:

thanks for your help.
Tito

OK, I have a new turbo, an EVO III 16G. :sneaky: Currently at 8 psi. No boost leak on it.
I have the safc a little lower as usual but it is set over "zero" either in lower and higher setting. (if you need to know it let me know.
The FPR is at 38 psi at vacuum.
It feels pretty strong at only 8 psi! I am so happy for now! I want to go a little higher without compromise something else. (I have to wait 1 more week for the wideband :notgood: ). How high you think I can go? 12 psi?

well here is my log:

I did a log in 3rd (the second one)

I need help on this one please. I want to make the car reliable while I get the Wideband next week.

Thanks in advance.
