Exhaust cam gear off?

Car idels ok when it wants too but some times its up to 1500 rpms.

I noticed my car's lacking atleast 50 hp in power, spool is slow and the egts are around almost 1300 cruiseing at 55 instread of 1200 degrees.

What you think and any help on checking the timing? I never done that before...

www.vfaq.com has all the info you need for checking your timing. Check it out and give us an update it doesnt really sound like a timing problem
