How much boost should I run for a DD?

Whats good everyone, i finally got my car back from getting it built, i have the following....

I have a g1, 6 and 4 bolt. My current mods are:
Block: Weisco Coated pistons, Crower Rods, Balance Shaft removed, and new seals, gaskets ..
Head Has Web Street Grind Cams

Fuel-Full fuel system

Intake-2g mass air, FMIC, Magnus intake manifold and for my tuner AFC

i got all the other supporting mods, exhaust, clutch etc

I currently have a t3t4 turbo with a 57 trim. Its tuned to about 15lbs of boost. How much boost can I run to make this a daily driver, is 20-22lbs to much on pump gas?

Agreed. I run 20psi on pump daily with no problems.

how much more WHP can i get by runnin 24lbs rather than like 20-22? would u feel 2 more lbs of boost?

It really depends.......I know that seems like a cop-out answer but it's all up the the ECU. At 22lbs you might be fine, with a good timing curve and no knock. But another 2 lbs and you might end up knocking and having the ECU banjack your timing. You just need to get a logger involved and see what the timing curve / knock looks like.

As far as the WHP goes, you really can't tell by psi alone. Instead of dealing with psi, you will be better off looking at airflow (more accurately air mass). Most people "say" that 10lbs/min of air flow is equal to 100 HP at the crank. But take that for what it's worth. It's just a approximate correlation.

Excellent, tuning with a dyno / WB O2 combination is the best way to go.

Unless you have a 1g and can see knock, or a 2g with DSMLink.
