tuning question

alright, i have 650 injectors, so tuning with a pocketlogger, and safc II, should i tune it to ZERO or should i go alittle above zero. because of the flow rate from the bigger injectors?? it was just something that came into my head driving home, because im pretty close to zero on my stft, but i can still smell it running rich, what you guys think..
 
anywhere 'around' 0 for your fuel trims is fine, as long as you air/fuel gauge is bouncing around the ecu is doing its job on injecting the right amount of fuel. if your air/fuel gauge is going to rich during cruise then you need to lean it out.
 
i find mine pretty useful actually. Theyre not good for WOT tuning no, but theyre good to make sure the ecu is able to correct the amount of fuel as I just stated. Also, I know exactly how much throttle/what RPM range I should be in when the guage starts to go to rich, and if it goes to rich sooner than that, it helps me to diagnose a boost leak or something similar. The more gauges you have, the easier it is to diagnose a problem.

Nice answer, I use mine also in conjunction with my logger. It's just a quick reference to see if you are way too lean or way too rich. Rely on your logger and follow your timing.
