where's the magic..DSMLink new forum user page

We just recieved the DSMLink from DSMLink(that sounds/reads silly)...there is no information regarding the sign-up information for the "useful forums" everyone mentions on here(yeah, I searched first).
*I have this here link, it tells me that registration is disabled.....what do you suggest I do?

Thanx...I just did.
-The scenario is a little confusing, I hope they understand.......a shop (us/me)having the customer send in thier ecu for the services that DSMLink offers and then having the product shipped to us, instead of the customer. Now, someone else other than the original purchaser wanting access to the user group forums for useful info. on using thier product to tune this particular customers car. I gave them all the info we have that came with the DSMLink(reciept info)...we'll see.
*From what I have been reading, DSMLink themselves have been battling against distribution of stolen copies of their work being distributed...this makes things a PITA.

*I thought it was important to mention that the customer service recieved from Thomas Dorris(webmaster@dsmlink.com)...was lightning fast. It reminds me of what still matters the most to us as a small business, customer service. I highly recomend doing business with these folks and can back up thier dedication to servicing those that support thier business....great job to those at DSMLink.

...and yes, I love their customer service. Their response time on the forums especially is amazing, and both Tom and Dave are great about thoroughly answering even the most stupid of questions.
