Phantom knock on 2.4l swap?

I just have a quick question for all the people that have done the 2.4l 4G64 engine swap. I understand that that engine is a 6bolt as well so is the procedure of the swap almost the same as swaping in a 6bolt 4G63?
The only thing i heard bad about swaping a 6bolt 4G63 in a 2G is the phantom knock but with my dsmlink i should be able to take care of that. Is phantom knock also an issue if putting in the 2.4l? And/Or is there anything else i should know about?
