Quick DSMLink question

I plan on running DSMLink starting next week and had a quick question. As far as fuel tuning is concerned, is it necessary to upgrade my fuel pump? I have mine rewired but I'm not trying to do any kind of damage. Is that enough? Thanks for any help. Peace

Depending on mods, it probably wont follow enough the farther you go with car.

With the mods you have know you are fine with the stock fuel pump. Just because you are getting a DSMlink doesn't mean you need a new one. But if you go with a bigger turbo then that is a different story.

I have a 14B sitting in my basement that I'll be putting on as soon as I get a j-pipe and other install stuff. I should still be good as long as I stay at 15-16 PSI right? I know that's what the stock pump maxes out at but will it still supply enough for the 14B? Don't get me wrong now, I'm not trying to get around buying a pump, I just have other stuff I need to get (like new brakes). I just want to make sure I'll have enough fuel for what I'm running right now. Thanks for the help. Peace

I have the same setup, and just ordered DSMlink. Before this, I ran the 14B at 17PSi everyday, also with just a rewired pump (coming from 2 guauge wire ). Timing was perfect, A/F was good. Use DSMlink's Air/Fuel calculator to stay below 12 to 1, and you'll be fine. From what I understand, 11 to 1 is "perfect" for what a DSM likes to run under boost, but is a little too rich for my blood.

With that level of boost you will be fine with a stock fuel pump. I'd get a new fuel pump for one of your next mods.
