What's up with your TPS? where you not WOT?

Are you doing 3rd gear WOT pulls from ~2500rpm to redline or just logging random shit?

actually that was a 2nd gear pull, i just went out for a few minutes, and it backfires when i get into high rpms so i dont really wanna get on it anymore and blow shit up, do i need some more info or something?? im new to logging and safc.

First of all you need to go WOT but im sure you know that already. You might try running some injector cleaner. I know that if they get a little dirty then that will cause some "knock". Also check your plugs and check for leaks. Check it good.

What version of MMCD are you running?

...If you are running 1.5d still, then the ISC count looks too high and might be near it's maximum range of adjustment.

With MMCD vs 1.6n (what I run), the ISC count changes to a percentage, so I can't give you a solid number to tune it for, but mine generally stays around 50-60%, so it can have a larger range of adjustment (+/-).

In my experience, I have noticed that with the ISC at it maximum amount of adjustment, I had higher knock counts at WOT... After a little tweaking with the BISS, (with ONLY the wire grounded in the engine bay and logger UNPLUGGED) I was able to remove 95% of my WOT knock by adjusting the ISC's range. -Now I get only about 3-5 counts at WOT, with 94% TPS @ 5600rpm.

Just a thought

The fact that it backfires at high rpm is probably a clue as somethings not right concerning the ignition.

What wires are you running? I bought a set of some cheap crap and the car was flat and missed a lot. NGK's and I never looked back. If this still does not help

Run your tank down and then fill up on a few gallons of some 100 octane or more and do some testing.
I bet your knock will still not go away and that its phantom knock.

i just replaced the knock sensor today and still no progress, this should not be happening im only running 10 psi, ive tried about everything else you guys have said too anymore ideas ????

Car should not know at 10psi period. Are you running premium gas or cheap stuff.Run at least 91 octane or 92 if you have that.New know sensors are a good idea.It helped in my car to change it out. Also timing is critical.Get it to spec.I had a big problem in my car.If your car has high miles likely the balancer has separated and slipped so when you think you are timing at say 5 btdc you really might be way way off.Get the timing right.

Only other thing that might cause know at 10psi might be super amount of carbon on the pistons..you can buy MCCC mopar compustion chamber cleaner and use it a few times.
Also clean out intercooler it might be super dirty also.

I am betting on timing unless your know sensor is pouched.

Also I have a lot of knock when my car is cold and some phantom knock off idle.I am almost 100% sure its the lifters.I have the new designed ones to install. You can hear them ticking away when car is cold so betting its them. The knock goes away when car warms up and lifters get quiet. The phantom knock comes once in awhile and might also be worse when my little sidemount heatsoaks but doubt you have that problem.
