Here are my mods:

K&N FIPK
1g BOV
Brode Upper IC Pipe
MBC@15psi
Hacked Dump Tube
Sheetmetal Cold Air Box
Greddy Lower IC Pipe
Rewired Fuel Pump
Accel 8mm Blue Plug Wires
NGK BPR7ES Plugs
Dejon 2.5" Turbo Inlet Pipe.

Can I run the 190lph pump on this setup with no problems? I just dont want to buy the pump, injectors, and dsmlink and eprom all at once. I know I need some fuel control once I put injectors in, but with the stock 450's will I be just fine?

Yes you can. I ran a 255 also with no other fuel control and passed emissions.

i am gonan run a walbro 255HP fuel pump with no fuel controlls. is that gonna mess up my engine? Also while chaning the fuel filter i managed to break my fuel line under the filter anyone know of a way to fix it? or a kit ?

really not trying to bring up the dead, but that's my question as well...i have evo 16g, 1g bov, MBC and intake. i want to rewire and install a 190lph pump. am i able to do that without doing anything else? and if so, what can i boost at safely?

Get a logger before trying to raise the boost, like my mother always says PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE.

I've been running a rewired Walbro 190 for over a year now on the stock FPR. After reading over and over again about the downsides of fuel overrun and about getting poor gas mileage, I ordered an Aeromotive AFPR and gauge today. Many will tell you that you don't need it and I can attest to the fact that my car runs great as is, but I would rather be safe than sorry (and sorry is the word for my current gas mileage). I want to know for sure what my base fuel pressure is and I suspect my gas mileage may improve. Maybe not by much because I run my motor in the boost much of the time with a fast spooling Big28, but anything better will be appreciated.

You should be fine, that's what I did. I ran a rewired fuel pump only on my EVO3 until I got my DSMLink and injectors. There are other factors involved to safely raise boost than just fuel mods. As Afroclipse said, get a logger and raise boost accordingly. If I were to take a stab, I wouldn't go past 15-16 psi.

Haha it is funny to read the first 3 posts from founder/wise man about fuel pumps.

yep, you definately run rich with a 255lph pump and no AFPR :)
I remember my 450ccs@18psi boost(on the 14b) where maxed out in 3rd gear at WOT in like NO TIME.
Without a logger I would have never known....I will never ever turn up the boost unless I got a way to logg the run.
