2G-specific Hallman ES boost controller

I just install my new hallmen es boost controller and a 1g bov on to my 2g talon. i set the boost level at 14 psi. as it gets to higher rpm pressure drops down to 11 psi. is it normal for talon to do that? also 2g bov was louder then my new 1g bov, why?

thats because your running a stock turbo.. the T-25 doesnt flow enough air at higher rpms.. thats why your boost drops to 11psi... its completly normal
