What injectors without an afc?

I kinda sold my 450 cause I thought I was going to get a gvr4 rs engine. Now I might not and I was wondering what is the biggest size I can run with out and afc. I have heard to put a filter after the maf and run 550s and it will work itself out. I have hear other things too, but what does everyone think?

You should be okay with 550s and no AFC. I'm not sure I'd put a filter after the MAS though - that's kind of risky.
