Ok, here is the deal.

Just finished my 6 bolt swap (2G pistons, 1G rods

I have an AGP 50 trim set-up.

Ok I can not go above 14 PSI with out atleast 4 degress (DSM Link) knock and no more than 11 degrees total timing. The knock is absolutely horrible.

I have put in a new FP, changed the knock sensor, Swapped 3.5 maf in place of the 3", upped the fuel pressure.

I put some 110 gas in there and ALL the knock went away with full 18 degrees total timing.

I am not going to accept the fact that this 50trim(ultimate pump gas turbo) can not run more than 14 PSI on 93 octane.

My question is WHERE TO NEXT. what do I need to look at.

I know this doesn't answer your question, but have you always been running the DSMLink? I've never been able advance tiiming more than the factory settings (ala 0 advance) if I want to run any kind of boost (18 to 21psi) without knocking (at least 2 degrees). I'm running a Green with all the supporting mods. Have you tried running a colder plug like a BP8ES? That's what i'm using and it has helped with the knock.

Think I have figured it out.

I need to hit it up with a timing light tomorrow.

I took 3 degrees off across the board and she runs 20 PSI with no knock.

I believe I have too much base timing.
