Alright, I have a 95 AWD DSM. I am looking for just about all the power I can get, without building up the engine. I may in the future build it, however I am on a limited budget right now. What I have----- I have a RS49 Turbo, walbro fuel pump, FMIC w/ all changed pipeing, 1st gen BOV, dejon tool 3 inch intake pipe, full 3 inch exhaust, no cat, manual boost controller, probably a few other minor mods. What I need 660cc or 720cc injectors. Any suggestion which? Either a S-AFC 2 w/ datalogger or DSMLINK w/laptop. I really don't want to pay for the DSMLINK, and a cheap laptop. However would it be worth it? Or should I just get the AFC, and if in the future decide to put more money into my car sell it and go for the dlink? Also should I consider new cams, and cam gears? Any other parts? What should be the highest "safe" boost that I should run with right tuning? Any approx power guesses?

Another thing, I think I am going to upgrade my radiator and cooling fans. My car has overheated on me two times lately. Both when I was driving on the interstate for 2+ hours. Once when I was racing a car at higher speeds, and once when I was running it around 80 for a while. If I drive 70-75... it doesn't overheat. Any guess why? Thanks ahead of time

If you are looking to get maximum power w/ limited mods, good tuning software is always a great way. Since you indeed have a 95 awd, dsm link is your best option. Dsm link is great software and is reasonably priced compared to other standalone units (however it may not be considered standalone). Along w/ better tuning options, dsm link has many other features which make it even more worth purchasing.

As far as injectors, I would personally go w/ bigger injectors due to the fact that you can always lean them out, and so if you need more fuel in the future you do not need to purchase larger injectors.

Cams should be one of the last parts bought, and cam gears should come after that. I know its cool to pull up and have your car lopeing, but it some cases it can hurt performance installed w/ limited mods.

For boost pressure you should look up the compressor map for your turbo, that will tell you everything you need to know.

Your car is probably overheating due to your fmic on the highway. Any blocked airflow to the radiator is not helping overheating. This is more relavent on some cars then others. I suggest purchasing a fluidine or a koyo for your problems.

I hope this helped at least some of your questions. :thumb:
