You've got enough fuel where you could feasably run 20-22 psi on pump gas safely. You might have to play around with timing to ensure that it doesn't knock. No matter what you run it'll take some fine tuning.

You should be able to run a bit more than 20psi on pump id say. You have plenty of supporting mods on that setup to probably run about 25 id say. Im not very fond with the 20g's though more of the 50trims. But you should be able to stay in the 20's on pump, and if you fine tune, im sure you can run 25 no problem.

Start at a lower boost than you want to run, log a few pulls and get the knock sum as close to 0 as possible...or better yet AT 0. Then, crank it up a couple of PSI and log some more.

Ive got a very similar setup and Ive ran 22psi all day long with it. Oh man FWD busting loose in 3rd gear while rolling into it is sweet. Not to mention dangerous when it first starts doing it while passing someone. Just make sure you gots some decent tires.

Hmm Glowing mani you say? Ive herd of a couple things that can cause that. Either unburnt fuel is igniting in the manifold and burning or you have some sort of restriction in the exaust flow. (like cat cloged up or poor flow out of the turbine housing) What kind of exaust mani and system are you running?

My manifold is often glowing after running hard, normal as I have had it with other turbo cars though I do run on the rich side. 2.5" mandrel, no cat 50 trim. Mark

keep in mind he's running a 9:1 compression. My new motor is at 9:1 as well and if I had a 20g I'd be looking at around 23 psi safely on 93 ... maybe 24. Look into alcohol injection and turn it up to 30!

Look into the scanmaster by www.fullthrottlespeed.com.
It allows you to monitor engine data in real time while you are driving. 02's, knock, timig etc. Of course there are no guarantees on the engine internals but knowing the data will help. i ran 22 PSI on my EVO. Have not gotten the 50 trim tuned yet but probably won't push it much more due to the 109K mile motor. mark
