Ok here's my log.. 2nd and 3rd gear max boost was about 12psi. Mods are in profile
02s stay between .84 and .86, TPS 99.0%, High and Mid fuel trims 100%. o2 trim 100%. Please Help. Base timing is 5 and it still goes so high. Fuel pressure is at like 50 with the vacuum line off or on.....i hooked it up weird to the rail and i cant lower below that. Can i just lean it out A LOT and trick the ecu into thinking there is less air?

My guess is that your FPR isn't working properly and at full boost where it needs the extra fuel it is leaning out.. You can't really go off the Narrow band voltages.. I'm working toward getting a W/B for mine and hooking it to my EGR line to monitor 02... It's only voltage but with pocketdyno you can see actual AFR... I would fix your FPR or get a new one if you can..

Well i think it works fine accept the fuel pressure is just really high. I think im getting rich knock. The thing is i tried to lean it out and the knock shot up like crazy. Well i can richen it all i want (20% accross the board) and it still doesnt do anything at all. Doesnt even make my high trims go below 100%?? Is something wrong here?

Well your O2 readins are showing lean not rich... I don't like going off narrowband O2's but usually you want .89-.92... I start out at .94 and end up at .92 with no knock at 17 PSI and 23 degrees of advance at 7000 RPM... I'm thinking it's definitly a fuel problem. What are you tunning with??? S-AFC?? or a MAFT?? At your low boost level you should be doing ok even rich I would think. Pull your plugs and see how they look. I pulled mine the other day and they are showing me running lean. IF they are covered with black carbon you probably are runnig rich. If they are white you are lean. If they are a light brown you are running good.

Did i mention i was running a 90 ECU?? Yea i did pull my plugs and they were white? Im tuning the the S-AFC 2!! I dont understand how im running lean. I have 255 fuel pump, 450cc and high fuel pressure! Do you think my injectors can be bad? One of them doesnt even have the black cap on the tip of it?

looks to me like you just need to richen up top 4300 rpm up.

your timming looks good till you hit 4300 then you go downhill from there.
richen it up and get rid of that knock.

what gear was that pull in 3rd?

timing looks a little high at the beginning, id try to squeeze that down, but u could probly just throw a little fuel 4k+ to try to drop the knock some, those o2 volts are perfectly normal.

The first pull was 2nd gear and the next was 3rd gear. See the thing is that run was with like 14% richened accross the board from about 2800 rpms. But my low throttle is set at 0% so maybe i should mess with my throttle points. They are at like 25-80. Any ideas guys?
