Angry i need smaller injectors

my current 550cc injectors are too big for just running my stock turbo, even at 16psi. So i was wondering if their is anyone out there who can sell me some smaller injectors. preferably either 400cc or 425cc. Please help me in any way.....and i wont buy crappy injectors either so dont bother telling me about any shitty ones....
Thanx

or just keep the 550's until you upgrade to a bigger turbo.

DOnt make the mistake of getting smaller than stock injectors dude. Id just deal with those until you can get an afc or something, it not really worth it to buy 450's when you could use that towards a used afc or something, IMO at leist .02$

I'd get an AFC instead, but if you are set on going smaller, I'll sell you the set out of my 92 TSi AWD. $50 shipped. Just hold onto those 550s. You may need them down the road.

Or you could get a fuel pressure regulator and turn down the fuel pressure.

An AFC does not adjust fuel pressure , it does however adjust airflow going into the ECU tricking the ECU into seeing less/more airflow than actual and can effectively lean/rich things up for you. For instance with your ECU programmed for 450s, now with the 550s, you will need to set the AFC by 450/550=((0.81)-1)*100=-18%. By leaning it out 18% across, you will get relatively close how it normally run with stock injectors. However, some may vary due to base fuel pressure difference and the injectors acting differently so -18% is just a ballpark figure that you can work from. You should also look into getting a logger so you can fine tune the car to run better.

Taking the lower HC and silencer out of the mass will lean out the mixture ~14%. You won't have to adjust the afc or anything. Since the 550's are ~18% larger this should only leave you at about +4%. Which will be fine
