An AFC does not adjust fuel pressure

, it does however adjust airflow going into the ECU tricking the ECU into seeing less/more airflow than actual and can effectively lean/rich things up for you. For instance with your ECU programmed for 450s, now with the 550s, you will need to set the AFC by 450/550=((0.81)-1)*100=-18%. By leaning it out 18% across, you will get relatively close how it normally run with stock injectors. However, some may vary due to base fuel pressure difference and the injectors acting differently so -18% is just a ballpark figure that you can work from. You should also look into getting a logger so you can fine tune the car to run better.
