My Senior Project

Well, I've sorted everything out, and my final senior project is going to be creating what amounts to a combination VPC / AFC all in one box. It will be a speed-density conversion, so no MAF, and it will hopefully have even better tuning abilities than the AFC.

Here's the short of things:
Synthesized MAF signal based on intake manifold pressure, temperature, and engine RPM. Adjustable for any size injectors. There will be maps that adjust the percieved air volume for Pressure and Temperature.

When I get done with it, I'll provide all of the info needed to build one to the DSM community for free (the schematics, software, etc), and probably be able to provide parts and built units for cheap.

This won't be completed until spring, but I'm just wondering how many people would be interested in this? It would be completely at your own risk, and I've never even seen an AFC, or other tuning device, so any advice would be helpful too.

sounds interesting more power to ya man hopefully u figure it out i wouldn't be one to get it because ill have way to much money in my 2.4 to have anything fail, but i wish u good luck on designing one!
