alright
im currently thumbing through the online summit catalog looking at fuel pumps

what strikes me as odd here
there are only two listings for a dsm

yet ten listings for a mustang
and only two of them are for a mustang

now the question

seeing as how holley is goofy in general a mustang pump will work in a 1g dsm. am i correct???
or way off in left field

i need to know this before tomorrow when i go pick up a pump for the car

update
i have two options
drop the tank and get a new one
or fuel cell the car

snapped off two bolts on the pump cover
im not chancing the other three/four bolts.

needless to say, im just gonna stick injectors in it till i figure out what im gonna do

haha Silent thats exactly what happened to me. My car is from NC and is rusted like hell. I couldnt get the pump on cause the lines were to tight and would snap off do to the rust. So I finally located some lines threw a friend at a dealer, started taking out the pump, and even though I was so careful, i broke the first two nolts on the pump cover. Since they are part of the tank, I waited for 2 days to find a new tank. Found one for 50 bucks and bought it and put the pump in. I drove around for 2 days with the injectors, and no pump and it sucked!!! It ran sooo bad... i would try to find a new tank, fuel cells arent very practical at all:thumb:
