NJ- DSM Cruise/bbq/meet 6/1/08

Hey everyone. I'm part of NJTuners and we're setting up a DSM cruise/BBQ for June 1'st. Here's what the schedule is going to look like:

Meet up at the cheesequake reststop on the Garden State Parkway 11-12. 12pm we will roll out of cheesequake and head to Van Sean Park in Paramus, NJ. It'll be about a 45min cruise. Once there, we will setup a BBQ and it'll be a picnic type of event.

The cheesequake rest stop is right by exit 123 on the NJ parkway (both ways) I believe. Once you get to within an exit or 2 of it, stay to your left and you should see signs directing you to the rest stop. The exit for the park is in the 160's so it'll be about a 40mile cruise

Either I or someone from NJTuners will update this thread of any crutial info such as a rain date or whatnot.

So far we have a rough number of 14 cars attending.

sayreville, milemarker 124 .. if your going south its right after the sayreville trooper barracks, becareful driving, they usually have extra patrols working the weekends, especially when its nearing summer. We usually around this time of year we get alot of calls about kids racing their cars and all that on the gsp, and being that its gonna be a group of imports driving together, they're probably gonna keep a closer eye on you.
