fuel pump prob

just installed a walbro 255 on my 1g and its seems like the motor is not getting enough fuel. it idles but flatens out at about 3000rpms. i have been working on these cars for 6 years and i cant figure it out anybody have an answer

If not you are way over running the stock fuel pressure regulator

You're probably getting fuel over run and almost pissing fuel out the exhaust

You need to get a full pressure regulator (fpr) dont cheap out on ebay most are hit or miss and the only thing it will mess up is your motor.

what kind do u suggest and i would perfer a bolt on. look at some and alot require mod.

walbro packed the wrong plastic spacer with the pump. back on the road.
