The problem with those last two shops is that if you're in central PA (I'm in State College-DEAD CENTER of PA) slowboy is an hour and a half, pittsburgh is coming up on about 3 hours. So, if you have the time, make a trip, but as for shops in central PA... well, I'm still trying to find that one out.

Never take your car to the Mitsu dealer in Harrisburg. They know nothing about DSM. As far as I know they never had a single turbo car sold at that dealership. Not even a Evo. If you want to take it to a good dealership then take it to york. But that its much farther away. I've driven there a couple of times with my friend to get his eclipse seviced. I don't even know of any shops in my area that will work on a dsm. Most of them just turn you away. I had one shop do a motor swap in my old 91 n/t eclipse and I had some problems with it afterwards.

How far from Hatfield PA are you. JNZ tuning is one of the best places around, and their prices are very good. They own Conasely Mitsubishi's parts inventory for DSM's, so any part u need for a DSM they will have. I would think thats your best choice if its not to far from u.

Unfortunately we are a pretty good hike from his area. If you don't find a shop you are comfortable with I can by all means get you in and out while you wait at the shop.
