Cruising around Phoenix?

Im new to the Phoenix area, and I was wondering if there were any chill spots people cruise on the weekend.

Kinda by Metro, theres a Hotel called Romata Inn or something like that, but the purpose is, theres a turbo shop right across the street. Its filled with WRX's and Supra's. And a very sexy one at that.
Its black, looks like a 3in cat, black rims. REAL CLEAN!

this Thrusday is the IN and Out meet at i10 and Ray rd. We usually have a good turn out.
