As some of you might remember reading post from me I dont have a/c in my car. And I just installed FIC 750's and Dsmlink this week. A/c shops can figure out what the hell is wrong with my car, maybe its cursed. I have repaced the compressor and drier together, no expansion valve since I could not get to it. BUT, the shop said if it was the expansion valve the high pressure would rise considerably. Yet, my are has a steady high pressure, but the compressor kick on an off, on and off. None stop. Thats one problem I have. The other is I need someone who can help me tune my 750 since I dont know much about tunning and Im trying to set the LTFT first. I know there has to be someone in the phx area that has the Link and can lend a much needed hand  . So Im going down to phx wednesday night and will be there untill friday night. My plann is either taking the DSM to the dealer and get my a/c fixed for once at a very high rate and brake the bank. Or, have a fellow dsm'er help me with the Injectors if not Im going to have to go to UMS and brake half the bank with them. Im confused/worried guys. what would you do?

talk to brandon, the guy with the fastest t25 eclipse. He tunes DSMlink , etc, etc, awesome guy. He will give you a great deal.

Tony @ UMS is the MAN!!! and his prices arent too steep...he knows DSMs too...and its on a dyno, not street tune....Brandon is a GREAT guy also. his vert is nice. he'll probably do my g/f's AFC in the sun visor

Brandon, does he work at UMS too or is he from Tuners? I will call UMS and ask for tony and see what prices he can get me. Last time I called they said 150/hr which I dont know if its good or not, but about how many hrs are we talking about to tune a car? Im thinking its more then one :( .

Will do on the phone call :thumb: . Do you guys know any reputable shop that can maybe fix the a/c system in my car? Maybe leave the DSM at the a/c shop thursday and then friday go to the dyno.

Brandon just tuned my car (770's/DSM Link/50 Trim) and he did an awsome job. Everything went smooth. He could also help you with your AC. I suggest you give him a call ASAP.

Thats what I think to, Im like should I pay 800+ at the dealer to get it fixed when there is only about 2 months of hot summer left or. Should I strip it all out and suffer every summer. Well since its my daily driver Im going with keeping the a/c and not arriving to work soaked in sweat . My gs-t is schedualed to go into the dealer at Avondale for some a/c work thursday morning at 8am so we will se how that goes.

So I took the gst into avondale mitsubishi to have the a/c fixed thursday morning. I got a call at around 10am from them saying that the a/c does work but the problem is electrical and they were not going to mess with it becase there is to many wires that have been added or cut into it. Im like WTF your the dealer, what do you mean your not even going to try. Only thing I have added is the turbo timer, boost guage, and the cut wire for the dsmlink. Ahh, me any my wonderfull luck.

if you really wanna fix it, i'd go to glendale's Mark Mitsu, they have a more expertise mechanical staff, the guy that works at the parts dept has built like 3 dsm's so i think they'll help you out. Good luck.

I will give mark mitsu a try and see what they say. Im taking my car to NASA electronic on 61st ave and glendale. some guy pulled into the service area at mitsu with an Evo 9 and recomended that place so we will see.
