Just thought i would put together a list of folks willing to help out the local DSM community. A lot of these folks have the experience necessary to help out and/or point you in the right direction. This is an expansion to my previous thread, but figured that it would be cool to seperate the "shops" from the "DIYers" in order for people to easier choose and find what route they would like to go:) Just trying to help out the DSM community :) If you know any people that you would like to recommend to be put on the list, please try to list who and how many people they've helped, as the more experience one sees, the higher chance they would go to them :)

Recommendation: Highly Recommended

Background:
This is my girlfriend's dad. He just recently did the whole sanding/wetsanding of my car, in the span of like 2 days. He is pretty awesome at it too, and is willing to offer his services, hence why i posted here and even added a new section for DIY (Do it Yourselfers) I know it can be a pain to find a reliable paint/autobody shop, so since he did such an awesome job on my car, so from personal experience, he is highly recommended. He did the whole thing: Autobody Work/Sanding/Wetsanding/Priming and could even paint it..bear in mind you might need to work with him a little bit and provide some of the tools, but overall very good work.

Examples of his workmanship:

Looks like a good job done, but Lancaster is a taaad bit far for me to drive.

is there pictures of the Cylinderhead work and pricing. willing to drive from the valley if price is right. just need good work, and good price. it won't be fore maybe another month or 2 but just want to find someone now.

Here's a few pictures from a 6 bolt head I did. I did everything here except the valve job and decking. Pictures don't do the port job justice though. You have to see it in person to really appreciate it. I'll try to get a better shot of the exhaust work.

As far as pricing goes, it really depends on what your goals are and what not. I don't just get out a grinder and start taking metal off randomly without knowing the goals of the engine. I can do anything from a port match and casting cleanup to a full race port for ultimate flow on a big turbo. Shoot me a PM with some details of final goals and I will be able to give you a more accurate quote. Ill keep it cheap as this is just a hobby.
