catalytic convereter???

I am trying to get my 96 GST running again but I am getting smoke out of the tail pipe My last turbo blew and got oil in the exhaust. When I turned the car on smoke came out and after a while most of it went away. No oil on the spark plugs. The only other place that seems to make smoke is at the catalytic converter. I also noticed that after like 10 minutes of idle the converter was red hot Could the converter be clogged due to the oil? if so does anyone have one for sale?

I would LOVE to but I still need to pass smog They are getting pretty strick now in California with all that smog stuff. They tried to get me once already when I got pulled over, without looking under the car the cop was gunna write down that I had no Cat. After a little arguing and making him look he didn't write me up.

You can get a OBDII compliant High Flow Cat for about $100. I believe Vibrant has some. More power and still SMOG legal.
