Ok, number 1.

Your thread title needs to be more specific. No one is gonna come and see what the problem is if you dont post it as your thread title.

Number 2.

I'm not saying your grammer and vocab have to be perfect, because mine isn't. But you could do EVERYONE a favor and use a few commas or periods.

Number 3.

Dont you think you should have done some research before buying all this stuff? You just spent an ace load of money and you dont even know what to do with it. But that part is cureable, as your stay here at DSMTUNERS.com wil be an enlightening one.

Number 4.

There is a forum set up here called Regional DSM Clubs which has members of this site in your area. My advice would be to post up there and see if anyone wants to come and help you.

Here is the link...

Ok, I think thats it, Have Fun and good luck:thumb:

well thanks for the advice, im not great with grammar sorry about that i didnt think it mattered. and i guess ill check thoes areas thanks !

No problem, Im positive you will have nothing but luck here if you just follow the rules of posting, and search first always.:thumb:

hey bro listen if u fly me out and back ill install all your stuff for free. and shit we will drink it up and have a hella time doing it but u gota let me crash on the couch

Suggestion:

Print out some VFAQs, go to SEARS and get a good few hundred piece toolkit, take a weekend, and put the crap on. You'll become a better man for doing it :)

If you can follow directions, you can do it.

After you're done check your pants and see if your Johnson got any bigger - it should have.

Sounds like you're in a bit of a rush. You need to slow down and do some homework. You can pay someone to do it, but you can also learn how to do it yourself. I know some folks who are hopeless when it comes to mechanical things, but if you're not one of those, you would benefit from learning how to do it yourself. Things are going to break, and your local mechanic may very well be lost when he looks under your hood, so you might be setting yourself up for a money pit if you're planning on paying for someone else to do all of the work.

I could tell you where to start looking for various information, but I think you need to go back to square 1 and follow the natural progression of this site (read the "Read this first" links, etc.) You'll end up knowing what you need to know, but it'll take time. Slow down.:thumb:

yes i know i can pay someone. I guess what im looking for is a fellow DSM'R to kinda show me the ropes, Im new to so cal so some friends wouldent hurt either ! but ill read up and do my homework, i just cant #### it up cause this is my only car to get to work and back LOL! so far this sure is a nice community though

Fair enough. Considering where you live, I doubt you'll have any trouble finding a mentor. Good luck!:thumb:

Where'd you move to Cali from? Keep in mind that California has some extremely strict laws about modding your car so if it's your only car then make sure you'll still be able to pass their smog test and blah blah blah. But good luck man i know what its like being the new guy in a town where you know no one. I'll be in town most of July and if you still need help i have 2 DSM guys and a soon to be certified mechanic with me and Mitsubishi Owners Day will be going on that month so if you still need help with your car then we'll be more than happy, and if you want to learn more and see more your more than welcome to join us for MOD '06.

i moved to cali from oregon, and for emmissions i am going to register it there!. but your help would be greatly appreciated, and the mod 06 sounds great, wheres it located ?

You forgot number 5.

Report bad posts as necessary. Do NOT get involved or retaliate against someone insulting you. If another member is breaking the rules, report the post and move on. Do not add to a thread that is in need of moderator attention. Do not try and tell other members what they've done wrong. If you have a complaint against one of the Moderators or Wisemen, handle it offline with the Site Administrator. Do not post your complaint publicly in the forums. Report posts which have broken the rules, posts which have gone off topic from the original subject, posts that contain misinformation, posts that contain spam or self promotion by a person or vendor, and threads that contain duplicate or similar subject matter to a past discussion.
;)

You should go to the how to's and see what kind of install instruction there is for the parts you have and see if its whithin you range of experiance. The parts you bought shouldnt be that hard to put on, you probally can do it yourself. And since you are new here dont forget about giving rep point for people that help you out with you questions.
