Canyon Cruise/Dyno Day **MAY 14th 2006**

Everyone check for boost leaks and get whatever performance mods you and by May 14th 2006. I called Matan whose runs AWD Performance & Tuning in Palmdale. He said that i can set up a dyno meet. I believe it was for three pulls:

FWD $50 w/ wideband
AWD $70 w/ wideband

Before the actual meet though we can take Angeles Crest all the way down from the valley to Palmdale. This is a rather LONG canyon cruise over 30+ miles. This is a cruise not a canyon run (beau ). Driving on the edge using that much concentration can be physically exhausting drive 30+ miles of twisties (trust me ive done it a few times). So i dont want anyone to bang up their car or even worse.

IF YOU WANT TO GO ON THE CANYON CRUISE MEET @ BEST BUY IN BURBANK 11:15am TO 11:45 am, WE WILL BE LEAVING AT NOON SHARP.

I'm going to try and get the day off if I can. Maybe just get a base run of my car to see what it puts out stock but it will be fun seeing everyone. Oh and larry we can ride up together if you want!

Eh, I have a dead 14b sitting in my trunk. Needs a rebuild (frozen), but the compressor and turbine are fine. Let me know.

And I'll probably show up for the cruise, though don't think I'll go with the dyno just yet. Still need to get the ECU socketed and the larger injectors on before I can start making some real power. :b
