first So.Cal Meet 2006 (canyon run)

Hey guys
Just wanted to make the first meet of 2006 for Jan.7,as the title reads it a Canyon run. It's a LIL road called (changed for Beau) Road X out here in the Valley.There are to Parts to the Canyon a Mild,and a Hard Part. So let me know if anybody is down.We can all meet up at BJ like every other Valley meet and eat then head out to road x (10mins)Time will be set as an agreement between all those who are going.The Canyon run is maybe a 20-35 min run depends if there are alot of other people running the road.So let me know guys Thanks- Andy

I dunno, maybe it's just me, but it doesn't seem like a good idea to post the actual name of the road in your thread. Who knows who could be reading this.. if you know what I mean.

Stunt is mostly a cruising road. If you want a road that's a challenge (read: drive carefully or you could go off the edge of a cliff), hit up La Tuna Canyon late at night, or get ahold of me.
Planning on taking two or three others to a few undisclosed (100% privately owned and thereby legal, of course) roads for late-night fun sometime in the future, if anyone's interested in dealing with some pretty severe twisties in the dark.

Edit: Any possibility of bumping this to the 14th? Already had plans for the 7th, that'll take some major shuffling. Otherwise I'll just catch everyone at the next meet.

i was kinda trying to keep it legal. i don't wanna like get everyone cought and given a fine,it mostly just to meet up with DSM and see whats new, take a Canyon run and i have like 2 other DSMer's out by where i live that wanna meet other DSMer's,Road X is a fun road and way better then H-27 going to PCH.And if people don't mind the 14th i am ok with it,just wanna have a meet been to long since i have been to one

I'll go either weekend. I just got my clutch setup installed and need to take it easy for 500 miles. So I'd rather do it 14th. It's hard not to boost during a DSM meet/cruise.

yeah i got it fixed,i hope, thought i had it fixed last meet and thats when it feel off,but not to fear i fixed it in 5mins without taking off the bumper anywhom back to the meet,um lets try to get some more heads to go its next week and well theres not really a pan for it so we will set up time as soon as we get a head count

i was thinking around 2,cuz i wanted to kick it at BJ for a while til like 2:45 and wait for all the late guys and then head up Road X and that should take about 30 mins from BJ's to the top of the canyon,add 15mins going down to PCH and just cruise PCH for whatever time is left and fine a nice stop for some snap shots

Damn. I just typed that I was gonna go to the Lancaster meet, but now it turns out it was only for Evos. I'm still gonna go to this one. People who were going to go to the Lancaster meet come to this one instead!
