New Feature: Event Postings
You'll notice that in each regional forum there is now an extra button for posting - "New Event". When you click that new button, two things happen. A new thread is posted in that regional forum and a new calendar entry is created. Additionally, a the event will be listed at the top of the forum in a new Upcoming Events box.
This will help keep all new events more organized and give exposure to those who are trying to organize events as well. So from now on, if you plan to organize an event, instead of posting a New Thread, post a New Event.
