I'm bored in the snow guys. I probably already know the answer to this, but here we go. I know that the lug pattern of the cobra wheels will match my Eclipse. Has anyone seen these wheels on a 2G Eclipse? They're 17x9 and I definitely don't plan on going widebody. I don't want the tires sticking out of the fender like a lowrider or something. Any help or insite would be great. Here's an example below.

I've talked to a few diff. wheels dealers who said it works. But they don't know about if the wheels will be to wide or not. I've seen 17x8 inch wheels that are right on the outside of the fender.

well i will tell you right now a 17x9 wheel you wont be able to turn and it all depends on the off set ill tell you i have seen mustangs with fwd wheels and thay stick in soo far that it looks like ther is a wide body kit on it. thay say that a 8 inch wide wheel an an eclipse is ####ing it

and i dont think that is the right bolt pattern in not quit shure i will look in the morning but i know an eclipse bolt patern is 5x100 as far as i know

Thanks for all the feedback guys. I might have to find a guy with these rims on a mustang and ask we can try em out. I love my typhoons, but they're only 16's. I'm going to get a paint job in the summer and want a similiar five star in highly polished aluminum or chrome to go with my new black paint.
