Your going to need eclipse 97-99 head lights, tail lights and reverse lights. A talon is an Eclipse with a diff body kid on it. It should not be that hard to do the swap...

The headlights are an easy fit. It's removing the headlights that is a pain, since the is a bolt on the underside of the light, but since the front bumper will be off it should be not an issue.

Yes. it should all bolt right up with minimal gaps depending on the quality of the bumper you get.

Ya Deff dont buy a cheep front cover...Try to get a poly not a fiberglass one...poly does not crack as easy.

This is a clip from an email I sent to someone asking me about a Blitz kit on a Talon. This is some of the stuff I went through when I installed my Blitz kit. Hope it helps.

I'm almost 100% positive that all Talons came with the long headlights. The
Talon went through 2 style changes between the 95-98. The years they were
the same were 95-96 and 97-98. I have both a 95 and a 97 and both of my cars
had the long lights. So to fit my Blitz bumper and my Wings West bumper I
ordered aftermarket projector lights which all come as the shorter light
found on the Eclipse. This will fit the Blitz perfectly or you can try to
buy short stock eclipse lights off ebay. It is possible to use your long
lights, however it requires that you modify your bumper. I don't recommend
you do so, reason being is that it weakens the original material of the
bumper which can crack later on down the road.

Rear of the Blitz...Yes you need Eclipse tail lights, you are also going to
have to fabricate a new center bracket higher than the Talon bracket to
mount the center of the blitz bumper. You may also remove the talon bracket
and reweld it higher. You will also need to drill a few new holes to fit the
new Eclipse center piece/ light.

Other Eclipse conversion problems. You need to order eclipse reverse lights
for the new bumper since Talon reverse lights are part of the tail light
assembly. The bigger problem is the wiring harness. You need to extend the
wires on the harness for the reverse lights so it will reach the new eclipse
reverse light location. You may also need to trim some material off the back
of the reverse lights for them to sit properly in the bumper. The Talon tail
light harness does not directly fit the Eclipse lights. They will plug in to
the light however the order in which they light up for brakes and for night
time driving will be altered. Example: When you hit the brake the outer most
lights will illuminate, when you use the blinker the lights towards the
center will blink and so on..it just looks odd. If you want it to look right
with the blinkers on the outsides, you will need to cut and rewire the
harness.

By the way, I hope you know that when you install the Blitz bumper covers
you will need to remove the inner crash bumpers from the car. Basically if
you get in an accident you will have some serious damage to your vehicle.
