Your first question I'm sure is what exactly is an o2 eliminator downpipe. This thread should answer your question without a problem
and give you a few opinions on the o2 eliminator downpipes. This thread will also warn you that it is Illegal in 99% of the area's of the US to dump to the atmosphere because it's unfiltered gases you're releasing to the air.

Internal vs External o2 Dump?
http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=19649&highlight=External+dump
This thread gives you both the Good and the BAD of dumping to the atmosphere and what some/most people prefer to do with their setups. Unlike the first thread this one isn't answered in just one page so grab a cold drink and be prepared to read a few. ;)

How loud is an external dump?
http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=36305&highlight=external+dump
If you decided to go with a external dump after reading the last thread and now you're worried about how loud it is or what it will sound like you should definately check this thread out. Alot of people say they hate the way it sounds but everyone that has ever listened to mine (personal opinion) have all told me it's loud, sounds like a dump trunk but they still love it to death. But don't take just my opinion... Read this thread guys/gals!
