I just got my new turbo from Portera Motorsports. It is using the NEW turbine housing fromBullseye Power This thing is SWEET!! My turbo only has a TO4B compressor housing on it and look how much room there is to the water pipe!!

Check out the inlet!! The Mitsu 7cm does not even compare to this.

Also notice the lack of a step that goes to the wastegate port.

Here is the exhaust side..

The wastegate port as far as I can measure comes out to around 1.25" That is a 39mm flapper, because a 34mm would not cover good enough.

I can't wait to drive my car with this turbo on!! yeah:D

Just another view of the clearance of the water pipe.

Also sorry to the admin.. I uploaded some of the part pics to my gallery. :(

That looks like the exact same housing that dsm-performance had on the yahoo mutt list.

I have to straighten out where the outlet points. No big deal. The center section just needs rotated in the turbine housing.

If only it were so easy in my case. My outlet is angled towards the radiator because that is the only way it will go. Even after banging the water pipe in I can't rotate the housing down any further because the engine mount will hit the turbo outlet elbow. I have a 12" slim fan crammed into the tight 1" of clearance I have between the elbow and the radiator. the only other option i have is to take the turbo off, remove the housing, and get a shop to weld a shorter elbow on there, which is what I may have to do eventually if I upgrade the radiator.

Well time to bring this back to life.

I have been driving this turbo around for a couple of weeks now and I LOVE IT!! I have only the guts to run 15 psi, but it does feel good. Not as good as 30 psi on the 50 trim and race gas, but showing promise. I have an idle/stalling problem to figure out still.

This turbo has a 2.75" exducer turbine wheel in it. I am getting boost response around 3000 rpms and full boost a tad before 4000 rpms. NOTE this is only using the adjustable wastegate arm and NO boost controller.

I will be getting pics up soon of the compressor housing in its reclocked postion.

I am just reviewing the turbine housing. For fit and function. Not the whole turbo. There are many companies out there that are using these turbine housings.
