Fuel Vapor Recovery Cannister. Smog stuff, keeps most/some/part/a little bit of the fumes from the gas tank from escaping and making us all live in a permanent nuclear (or, nuk your ler) winter. Or was it global warming? New Ice Age? Or some crap like that.

Well, I was changing the fuel filter on my car, and noticed that one of the tubes that has a plastick thing in the middle of it is broke(the plastic part). How bad is it for my car? Should I fix it as soon as possible?

i have mine taken out o fmy car.
you will need it though if you have emission testing where you live.
if you take it out make sure to get an EGR blockoff plate.
