I need some help!!! whats the light?!?! so when it started idling rough I noticed that my boost was jumping into the negatives, like in the looow negatives.. is that right? or is somethign wrong, hit me back pros, I need ur advice...

quick fix would be the best advice, lets just hope you guys know a quick one...

thanks

when you get on the boost the gauge goes negative???? or when at idle? if it at like -20 at idle then thats fine. if its going negative under wot or somethin, you have a problem.

when it sits at idle it stays in the negative, when I hit WOT it jumps to about +11 which is what the specs say for that car stock, so Im cool there.. I dunon what the deal is...

If you are not accelerating the car will see vacuum, that's normal. Mine idles around 15-17psi vacuum. When decelerating it hits around 20psi vacuum. If it's real low, maybe you have a vacuum leak or something.

thanks man, it doesnt drop below like -10psi, so I think Im alright, but can anyone look in their manual and tell me what that light means??? it looks sorta like this...

thats about it, it lights up yellow. hhhhheeelllp

it's the coolant level. the sensor is in the overflow bottle. it could be faulty. have you been overheating any?

The warning light for the coolant level will come on long before you have overheating. That's why it's a warning light. Gitcha a manual off eBay, they're around for ten bucks very often. It won't much matter if you get the Talon, Eclipse or Laser manual.
