How would i go about painting my wheels by myself? Is there like special paint...? do you have to sand the wheels down or anything? give me all the info you can. I want to paint the inside black and leave the outside little round line silver how it is.

The aircraft stripper works great...Just put it on heavy, let soak about 30 minutes, then use stiff brush to get it all of, then just rinse them off with a garden hose. Easy as cake. Then just prime, seal, base coat, clear coat..

You can prime it if you want to.

He didn't, but I'm sure you can to maybe make the paint stick better but the stripper should have done the job.
