Okay, I finally decided on a turbo set-up on my fully-built Talon. I am going with a externally gated 50-Tirm from PTE. While exploring it, I noticed it gave an option for two different A/R ration turbine housings. Know, I know the lesser the A/R, the faster the spool but more back pressure on the top end (street driving), and the higher the A/R, the more the lag but better flow on the top end (track). The two options at hand is .43 A/R and .68 A/R. THe .43 is much like the factory 14B and the .68 close to a big 16G. Is the difference between these that significant? I plan on an almost daily street car with some track. Is the .43 going to be too restrictive for the track? Is the .68 going to be too laggy for the street. Anyone with a similar set-up, your responses are the most valuable!! What would be the more efficient choice?
