do the timing belt replace the t-belt tensioner and water pump

Sounds like an awesome pickup man. 170 comp across the board is very nice at 150k miles. As mentioned above, make sure you you take care of regular maintenance so that you know everything is changed and fresh from the start. How in the world does it have 170? Was the motor ever changed, either way not bad. Also, may want to change the lateral arms, I wouldn't trust the balljoints unless they were changed recently.
