Well I finally found the extra money to get the hahn kit stage I. It took me about 20 hours to complete the install and everything is working flawlessly. Pics will come soon, here are a couple crappy ones from my phone.....

w00t w00t...congratulations!!!!!

Have fun, and be careful :thumb:

He doesn't get that until stage 2. I think he will out live us, well at least have fewer speeding tickets.

I understand he doesnt get that until the stage 2 hahn kit.. But i would have got the stage 2 then. Ot atleast some water injection.

He's probably better off with the stage 1 kit, and then custom FMIC with custom piping and what not.

You could probably get it all for under $600, P.S. be very careful running boost non intercooled.

Non-intercooled kit? BOOOOOO

Ha. I'm not about to waste 1000 extra bucks for the "stage II" which is only piping and a front mount. I'm getting a JRC front mount for 50 bucks and my friend is going to make the piping.

Until then, I also have the stock side mount off my old laser that I will prob temp set up, again I just need some piping made.

Does anybody have some tips about adjusting the fuel pressure on this hahn kit? Just looking for some more input on this fuel system. It seems kind of sketchy.

What is sketchy about it...

Well that's because it works with a rising rate fuel pressure regulator...you can't use the high pressures with bigger injectors. It's meant for ease of use and low boost applications.

Nice. I love the manifold. Oh, and that turbo, looks awfully fimiliar (;) ).... 20G ?

I don't quite agree with the staging route though. I definately think you need a FMIC ASAP. But, if your buddy is helping you out I can understand the grace period.

If you already installed it, hows she running?

umm...since when does the hahn stage 1 come with a 20g

tisk tisk...

For all readers of this thread, that turbo is indeed a "16g", don't want any confusion...
The Hahn Stage 1 does not come with a 20g nor 25g for those inquiring minds.

He got his kit installed, yay...this thread is done

I installed a hann stage II kit on a Gs in 2001 and the car is still running on the stock motor and 10psi. I had the fuel pressure at 110-120psi on boost ran hard no probs.

By the way im looking for the car that i put that kit on it was sold just recently. It's a yellow 97 gs with tan iterior and a hann kit it's been in 4 magazines very clean beautiful. It's somewhere in the chicago area. Last i heard it was getting a built motor.

Well it's only been 5 days since I got the kit on and I already have a SMIC on it LOL.....here are some crappy pics until I get a hold of a digi camera.

Me and my friend made the piping and flange for the 1g BOV. I am in need of a silicon 90* coupler for the turbo tho since I have already blown 2 shitty rubber ones. Total cost of the side mount upgrade = zero dollars.

Can't beat that for the price. Be sure to protect it from flying debris.

110psi! *shudder* That's all I'll say about RRR

Looks good, I'd probably grind that big Hahn nameplate off the manifold and put on Tom (my name) or, 2wicked, for the ATHF fans.

How does it spool up?
