Ok guys im going to try to explain this the best i can....
Today after picking my car up from the shop (i got a SS clutch line installed) some of the problems i had before are still there and got a bit worse....
1) My car is runnin rich
2) My car bucks at low rpm while adding throttle and while cruising with no throttle being applied
3) At WOT the car acts normal... no buckin is present
4) My plugs and o2 sensors are 3k miles old
5) My idle is very irratic.... it will idle fine for 30 sec to 1 min then start flapping around. example: 800-900, 900-600, 600-800, 800-400, and eventually almoast stall out....
6) I adjusted my biss screw and that helped the idle a bit but ony for a short time. it soon went back to its old ways...
i picked up some fuel injector cleaner and a bottle of octane booster... i put in a fresh full tank of 93 and added both... i drove 2 1/2 - 3 hours (180 miles) home immediatly after adding both to the car. i am now at about 1/4-1/2 tank of gas.... no change really... but im gettin my injectors cleaned atleast....what could be causing my buckin and irratic idle issues
tomorrow i am going to make a trip to mitsu and pick up a new fuel filter and a new set of spark plugs.. im also going to order a new set of spark plug wires offline (NGK)..... what do you think could be causing any or all of these problems.... i pulled a plug before i left for the drive home and the plug was pretty fouled..... showed severe signs of running rich...
if the new plugs wires and fuel filter dont work what else might i be looking at?
my car is back to bone stock condition (not for long, i have my N1 turboback and greddy ic kit w/ type s sittin in my garage)
I was thinking my throttle body might be dirty or my EGR valve might be going out the door.... what do you all think?? thanks for the help guys!
