Big Knock from engine video inside ...

Pull spark plugs one at a time with the motor making noise. If the sound goes away, it's a rod bearing. If the noise continues, it's in the valve train and likely a collapsed lifter or a loose rocker arm that's not aligned correctly. Rod knock usually starts at 2500 RPM or above and not at idle.

Try the spark plug trick and follow up from there. I'm hoping it's a collapsed lifter that's making all the racket.

i have try to remove the spark plug one at the time , but when i remove the spark plug the car sound exhaust more than knock i cant hear if the car knock when i remove plug . but it seem to still make this sound when i remove the plug .

how i can check my valve train ? Thanks

That sounds exactly the way my brother in-law's 1g did. It sounded like something was stuck on the input shaft and smacking something every revolution. We pulled the cluctch off and started the motor and that knocking was gone. Try pushing in the clutch while your idling. For us once the cluctch was in the the noise stopped.
