Well I went to the dyno today and came damn near what I wanted out of the car. Got to the dyno and droped the T-case and put my buddy's good tires on as mine are bald as hell. And I ordered a new wide band sensor as mine had failed on me acouple of weeks ago, I did not recieve it in time for the dyno so I could not tweak the fuel map much on the new 1000cc injectors.
Mods are 2.0l
fp3575 turbo
ported 2g exhaust manifold
AEM EMS
JMfab SMIM
SBR race FMIC
8.5 ross pistons
crower rods
stock head with OEM valves with little port work on the exhaust side only
crower valve springs and retainers
272/272 cams
1000cc injectors
ect ect.

I only did 3 pulls on pump gas, I wanted 500whp on pump but It was just spining the tires too much on the dyno. We ended up spraying the tires down with VHT on the race gas but never came back on the pump gas to do another pull. All of these runs were through a 3" turbo back with a magnaflow muffler and a 2.5"o2 housing. Anyway here are the #'s

20psi 93 octane pump gas 477whp 373tq (spun on the dyno)

vp c16 31psi 604whp 483tq (sprayed the holy hell out of the tires with VHT, tires stuck alot better)

vp c16 31psi+ 50shot for the first time 692whp 567tq WTF :D

I noticed anything above 31-32psi I was not making anymore HP just tq, at 33psi I made 1whp more over my 31psi run. So it was pointless to run anymore boost then 31psi. Maybe it's because of the 2g exhaust manifold I dunno.
All of these runs were not corrected for sea level. SO I would imagine a 30-40whp gain if we did the correction. But never thought about doing it till later tonight, oh well. Good times

Here is the video of my dyno, my buddy put this video together extremely quick and it ended up being one of the best videos I've seen from him to date.
right click and save as. You do not want to miss out on this video, it's badass!!

I too have a new wideband on the way and i cant wait to hook it up and get some good dyno time and tunes in!

Keep on doin with you are doing. Im pretty suprised about the 2g manifold too... Looks like i wont be upgrading mine anytime soon... just porting. :sneaky:

If you are pretty damn near close to your goals then what are your goals for the car?

Thanks man, as far as my goals for this car? There are no limits with it. I have set goals for each setup I do, but I will never quit:D

Man, my jaw dropped when I saw the Tac jump up to 8500.
That thing doesn't have manners like that on the street does it?

Mad props man, she truly is an evil_eagle....

Congrats mang!!! You need to come over to the West Side so harryb can get some footage of you and Blue Bawlz. You going to make it over here to this side of the mountains anytime soon?

sniff, sniff....I think I smell 9's. Great job man, I cant wait to see the videos of you kicking some ace.

Congrats on the new nunbers Jake. Tommarow may be the last passes on the 3065 in my car and I was gonna go straight to a 42. Perhaps I will try out a 3575 first for the hell of it.

great job putting the car together. Goes to show great parts make for great results.

are you going to be hitting the track this season?

Yes the tracks here open april 1st. And I will be hitting up some big import races this year in vegas, denver, seattle, cali. ect ect.

Thanks guys!! Glad everyone liked the video, I was extremely happy how everything turned out.

Looks like all runs where done in 3rd, most of the runs I have seen have been in 4th to put more load on the engine. Did you do any in 4th? As much as I pull teeth off of 4th gear dynoing in 4th is scary at this point.

I did 1 4th gear pull and needless to say my car seem to only pick up tq not whp, not to mention it intense as hell seeing the speedo hit 145mphWTF So I just left in 3rd gear as I was getting good results.

As far as the 50 shot, my 1st pass on the 50 shot was 663whp from 604 without it then I noticed I had room for more timing and pulled some fuel out and went from 663 to 692:rocks:
I wish I could have done another non nitrous pull after I made those adjustments, would have been around 630-635whp no nitrous, but I had ran out of money for the dyno so I had to call it a day. Not to mention there was another car waiting to dyno.

Oh well, theres allways next time. I want that 700+whp so bad I can taste it. I know it has it in it if I had 3-4 more pulls. I'm sure with 1 more adjustment on the AEM after that 692whp I could have hit 700whp.

Very nice. Just out of curiosity, what plugs are you running and what was your total advanced timing with spray and without? Keep up the good work. Car is a beast.:thumb: :thumb:

Timing without the spray was right around 14 degrees. and with the spray I 1st started at 12 degrees then I put it up to 14 degrees as the aem recorded no knock what so ever.

I am running NGK BP9ES, non resitors.

Damn good numbers. I am now really convinced that I can break the 600awhp barrier myself.

You think you could have advanced the timing a bit more without spray to get some more power? What gap are you running on those plugs?

Oh yeah deffintly I could have put more timing into it and got more out of boost alone, but I ran out of time on the time, so another time I will strap her down to the dyno and see what I can do.

And the plugs are gapped at .028
