my car pulls normal sometimes but if i floor the gas sometimes the turbo wount pull hard. it takes long to spool and you cant really hear the bov, then it will shoot up to 25 psi when my boost controller is set at 17 psi. its like my boost controller will not work when i turn it up and down it all stays the same goes to like 14 psi then shoots to 25 psi, and when i say my car will not pull hard when i floor it i mean the boost stays at like 4psi and climbs really slow and then the bov you cant hear it . will someone please help

What your describing, Im not sure what your problem is, but it doesn't sound like boost creep. Boost creep is when the wastegate can't bypass enough exhaust flow, so it ends up going through the turbine therefore the boost rises past your setpoint. Your boost will still rise normally but then continue to rise past your setpoint. Taking long too spool sounds like you have a leak somewhere.

would a leaky exhaust have anything to do with this ? im getting that fixed tomarro i did a boost leak test no leaks

Depending on where your exhaust is leaking, ya that could cause you to take a long time to spool. As for the boost always going to 14psi no matter where you set the mbc & then sometines going to 25 psi are you sure you have the mbc installed correct? Did it ever work? If not I would say its defective or hooked up incorrectly.

I suspect you have both boost leak, which caused the slow spool, and probably boost creep which caused the boost to shoot over the desired setting provided that you know for sure the mbc is hooked up properly and the boost gauge is reading the right boost. In which case, do the boost leak test first, fix them if there are any and go from there.

Does boost check mean a real pressure test with an air compressor instead of a visual inspection? This is important.

If you want, let do some simple tests. Disconnect the pressure hose from the mbc and connect it directly to the actuator (we are bypassing the mbc), go and do a couple of WOTs and post back. We are looking for the boost level to hold steady around 10psi. Anything but will at least point you to where the problem is.

ok i will get back to you im fixing my exhaust so its off my car but i will try that when its fixed THANX ALOT
