after messing with two cheap o2 housings with only warping 1/4 downpipe flanges that costed me 150 bucks each, i just picked up ns fabrications o2 housing on ebay for only 130 bucks. but dont be fold on the cheap price, o and price includes shipping. its 2.5 inch mandrel bent, o2 senser bug is in nice location up around the top. most important best feature is the 1/2 flange to downpipe. also the dump tube extend down a good 4+ inches to help dump the exhaust out of the engine bay. and its also very fat, around 40 mm probably. the flanges, welds, and over all detail of this is great and should rival up there with the 300 dollar o2 housings others are selling. it has nice black coat of paint. time will tell what heat does to the paint. heres pics below from a private person that used it and recommended it, and also the link with pic from ebay i bought it from.

havent installed it yet but im sure it will work great mabey even better creep control over my last o2 housing. i run a pte 50trim/76 with internal wastegate with a bullseye stage 3 housing and get little to no creep. with the stock pte uncut housing i was getting a good 3 or more lbs of creep. my current cheap 2.5 o2 housings flange to the turbo is smaller then 2.5, and has a smaller dump tube hole and tube it self, and warped 1/4 inch flange, so i may even get rid of all creep with this. ill update when its installed.

both were cheap similar to the punishment racing ones with the cheap 1/4 inch down pipe flanges. and the one on my car now made with the hole in the flange only little over 2.0 inches.

From Ebay Description: NO Mandrel Bends. Mandrel bends don't have the proper radius for these housings, we use specialty tubing with the proper radius.

Looks nice though. I wouldn't trust the paint to last very long though.

They are mandrel bends in the sense that they maintain the same radius throughout the curve. They are not mandrel bends in the sense that they were bent on a mandrel bender. They are made from donuts, which are formed from stamps. Much better constrction method.

You should consider the Victory Performance Equipment housings. They come in many flavors and are of the highest quality. Meaning they don't break and look awesome.

Why are you chining in on this thread? just to push your own products.
A guy bought a rival O2 housing gave his opinion, and you come in pushing yours... not good business.

way to whore a thread trying to promote your stuff. but although nice quality, ive seen TONS of your o2 housings crack ;)

NS Fabrication is one of the best DSM vendor's you'll find. Pricing is lower than most with quality rivaling the best made pieces.

I definately am going to be picking up an NS o2. Once you install it and run it a while let us know how the paint holds up and if it eliminates creep any better than what you were previously using. I am very interested in the results.

The paint does not hold up. The metal underneath is dark though, so it still looks pretty good. As far as quality I agree with all the positive reviews, mine fit and performed very well. I'm getting rid of mine, I like the sound of my Thermal better.

I can get any pic of the 02 you want, it's sitting right here.... requests?

Hey,
figured i would chime in here since i have one of these installed on my car....it didnt fit the best but then again that may have been from my downpipe not being in the best position...in my opinion great piece. Sounds wise...i dont mind it too much even tho its kinda loud but its a dump so it is kinda expected but i think its well worth the 130 bucks.

I will vouch for Nick @ NS Fab’s & his O2 housing products! THICK flanges (I want to say >1/2"). -I got mine with the WG passage routed back into the turbine exhaust passage, like OE designed housings. -Bolted right up, no need for any "finish work". The ONLY thing I needed to do on it was adjust the extra mounting provisions that were added, so I could bolt up the factory lower heat shield. Thanks Again Nick! Great stuff! High temp black paint is still holding, even underneath header wrap :thumb:

I wonder if he will start making O2 eliminators? -Nick?
