Those are nice rims 9d2tsi. What are they? :thumb:

Thanks, they're the same as gstracer98's. Konig Rated R's. I had thought about selling them, but now that I've seen them on a 2g, I'll keep them. :thumb:

Enkei RS6's 18 inchers, silver finish

:talon:

My konigs are one or two years old now...I bought them from a local guy used. They are great rims--don't compromise speed for looks, but they would look even hotter in 18" :D. If I could do it over again, I would have tried to find ones that are a little lighter. These are lighter than stock, but still heavy as shit compared to Rotas or other light wheels.

P.S. I've taken my car on all kinds of dirt, gravel, and rocky backroads (fly-fishing) on these wheels and my Kuhmo Ecsta 711s, and they laugh it off like champs!

they are pretty hard to find. i would just recommend going to a discount tire shop and asking them. i can never find them on the net but they sell them. my neighbor just copied me and put some silver ones on their mazda 6. or you could always just get the volk te-37s!

I always wondered what they would look like on the <A TITLE="Click for more information about car" STYLE="text-decoration: none; border-bottom: medium solid green;" HREF="http://search.targetwords.com/u.search?x=5977|1||||cars|AA1VDw">car</A> not painted, you have good taste.

Thanks alot! I think they look good with the cayenne red, but I was eventually gonna get the thing painted some kind of silver with a blue pearl, at that time, they would get powdercoated gunmetal, with the polished lip.

Just make sure whoever powder coats the wheel takes the wheel apart before coating it, dont have it painted as a whole wheel. We have real 2 piece wheels, take advantage of it. I think mine would look good on your car, im a sucker for black wheels with a chrome lip.

17X10, good lord thats wide. How do you not rub?

wow, you can fit those on a 2g? I'm running 17x8 & 235/45/17's and i'm within millimeters of rubbing on the front (and they still stick out a tiny bit.

Enkei 17's off of an EVO VIII

they are much, much nicer looking than the stockers that were on there.

Well, I'm not running with the splashguards for one thing, or else I'd probably be rubbing. They turn lock-to-lock with no clearance problems. They're 245/45-17, so they've got the same outer dia. as the stock 215/55-16. They really fill the wheelwell great and when you look at it from the back or front the wide tires really look neat. You can never have enough traction, right? :D
You guys all have awesome rims. I really like the EVOVIII rims, but the racing harts and
koseis look awesome. I love the konig rated-r's you guys have too.

Gonna have to call BS on the 10" wide wheels until you take some measurements. 245s would be pushing it on that wide of a wheel and your tires don't look stretched at all.

Where can I find those Wizdoms you have? Me likey alot. I think i have told you that before! :D
