I saw the OBX racing header on E-bay and was wondering if any one knew nething about it right now im looking at the punishment racing header and that but punishment is revising theirs right now so they are not available so i am looking into other options. do you know how big the dp is on it and if these are even any good.

well i just got the tsudo one. i ordered the obx one but the company said they were out but had the tsudo, and said it was the same damn thing as greddy and obx. dunno if obx owns tsudo or what, but i like it. the downpipe is 2.25 inches. it looks nice too. i didnt know they made one for the 1st gen tho.

They look much nicer then the black painted pacesetter (with its noxious exhaust gas it gives from the paint) i will consider the OBX...

i just bought them last week had them installed saturday

i think they are awsome it was a perfect fit
you can def feel a dif in performance
and they look really good
i would recommend them to anybody and its pretty cheap only cost me 200

cool i thinkim going to have to get them cuz besides under drive pully there is not much more bolt on i can do.

the obx looks alot like the chikara hedder which i have. the only big difference is where the o2 sensor goes. i wish mine was the chrome look tho but i put hedder wrap on so i guess it doesnt make a huge difference .

how much did the chikara header run you and where did you get it from ive never seen it or herd of it? and howd you make your cai i have a short ram but ilike the look of yours

did you have any problems with your Hedman header? because mine has been a b$#*&. first the gasket between the header and downpipe failed then I had to cut the downpipe, remove the hard pipe, and weld in a flex-pipe which has cost me more money.
the OBX does look exactly like the Hedman but with a different o2 sensor location.

Allright. . . Here's the deal with the chikara header. Two of the holes (Far right and left on the header) were not big enough to go over the studs on the cylinder head. i drilled them slightly to make them fit. Second problem i ran into was where the whole was where the bracket to hold the header in place. i think my bracket was either torched at one time and it was off center so i had to make slots in the holes in order to shift it around to make it fit. I didn't have any problems with the y-pipe or the piece holding it to the cat. I paid if i remember like $169 for the header. i don't have any problems other than those when installing it. it looks good and hasn't failed me yet. I'll try to take pics b/c i keep telling everyone that i have them but my pics are of my old stock manifold with cracks .
