Today she is alive but will never walk again... She is having a hard time with depression and even has talked of ending it all at times.. She is learning to live without mobility and is pretty much wheelchair and home bound for now.
We are working on getting a specially equipped van.. It should greatly improve her mood and quality of life actually being able to see friends again..

Therefore I am selling the DSM... (not right now but soon) as well as a few choice parts off of it.. As much work as I have into it it took something this serious to make me let go of it...
I am blowing the stuff out pretty cheap
Gauge Bezel
ACT 2600 Pressure Plate
SSG Precision Lightweight Aluminum Flywheel
AEM UEGO Wideband Qxygen Sensor
Pro EFI stand alone EMS
I need to move these parts so I can help my folks with the payment on the van.. We will also be holding a benefit locally.. I will provide the details to any locals that want to attend that email me.. As well as info for those who live elsewhere who want to help out.
As for losing the DSM...
I did get a screeming deal on a project car that will eventually replace it..
Lets put it this way My cuz. got a 91 vette with a 6spd and the greenwood package on it for about $7000 because it would'nt run and the guy could'nt figure it out... Under $50 in parts later we had a new FPR that did'nt leak and flood the intake and hauled ass. Now I'm boring and stroking an LT1 to 409 cubes to replace its tired old L98 and I got paid just enough to buy something to fill the void of not having a AWD DSM with a big turbo and a front mount anymore... An F-body that was newer than the C4 and had a dead LT1 and a good 6 spd... I'll leave it at that for now.. I guess every cloud has a silver lining...

I got a call from my dad the other night. He and my mom were on vacation in hawaii. On a scenic bike ride with a group along the coast she had a serious accident. I don't have all the details except for that there was a sharp turn on the coast line road and a strong wind blew alot of the riders around. Her bike it the front of a car in the opposite lane and she nearly went thru the windsheild..
The injuries were severe. Both lungs were colapsed as well as a spinal injury. I was told that the know for sure that she can move her hands now and the lungs starting to function properly again. I'm just praying that as more information comes it is good news. This is one of the hardest things I have ever had to face.
